All-Area Meeting & Delegate Briefing 

The deadline for registering for the Central All-Area and Delegate briefing is Noon on Monday, November 6th. If you are planning to attend please register by then, as we have to submit a final head count to the hotel for dinner.

Light hors d'oeuvres and an open bar commences in the atrium at 4:30 p.m.

5:15 – 6:30 p.m. Break-out sessions

                            • New Delegates Orientation

                            • Grant Writing

6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Dinner & General Session

Central OEA/NEA will be hosting a silent auction event at the All-Area Meeting and Delegate Briefing to raise funds for the Central Non-Dues Political Fund.

The Non-Dues Political Fund is used to support Central members who run for OEA and NEA offices, such as OEA At-Large Board members, OEA officers, NEA Board of Directors, and positions on NEA Committees. Since dues money cannot be used to support candidates for these positions, we raise funds by asking for individual contributions through other types of events.

The silent auction will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.   

We appreciate your support in our efforts to raise funds for the Non-Dues Political Fund. It is important to have Central members represented at the OEA and NEA level.
