BUILDING A DYNAMIC BARGAINING TEAM

Is your team ready to bargain next year? Central OEA/NEA and the Central Ohio Regional Coordinating Council (CORCC) continue their commitment to leadership development this summer. Join us at Cherry Valley Lodge to prepare to face bargaining challenges at the table in the 2010-2011 school year. This is a working conference for your bargaining team and your LRC.
The focus of this working conference is to build knowledgeable, unified bargaining teams ready to represent their memberships in the collective bargaining process. Your bargaining team will work with your LRC in preparation for your local negotiations. Current bargaining issues and strategies will be discussed. You will receive and explore the general fund analysis for your local district. Michele Winship from OEA Education Innovation and Improvement will lead you thorough the impact of HB 1 on your local.
You are not in difficult negotiations alone. Your team will have the opportunity to work and network with other local bargaining teams.
